Failure is often seen as the end point. It is seen as the point of no return where all things end. However, it is the complete opposite. Failure is the beginning as you need to fail to succeed. This is because no one is immediately able to do something they have never tried before. Yes, some people might find things easier than others at first, but that does not mean that they too are immune from failing. All people experience failure before success and this is because the brain is not able to do something new easily. It takes time for the brain to master and after repetitive tries it finally masters it.
