Multiple sclerosis part 2

Having an illness can be difficult because you feel on and off and sometimes seeing the life changes in your daily life can be difficult. As people we want to be at best health so we can continue to do the things we do. Having an illness or disease is not a bad thing rather it is a new adventure. When you have an illness or disease you learn new skills to manage and do the things you use to do. You learn to prioritize and how to do things at set times because your symptoms can occur at any time. You learn to be thankful and contemplate on the many blessings in your life. You realize many blessing that you took for granted and ignored and see how the little things you overlook is the most important in your life. How many of us are actually thankful and aware of our good health and use it to the best of our ability to help ourselves and others with it? not many of us. If we did we would use it the we should our good health and not play with it as something that will last forever. ...
MS is a disease which effects the nervous system. myelin sheaths which help conduct nerve impulses around the body are effected and the areas which are effected become harder to use or coordinate. MS effects people in a number of different ways: 1. Lower back pain 2. Bladder changes 3. Electrical currents running through the back of the neck all the way down (Lhermittes phenomenon) 4. Loss of balance when walking (gait disturbance) 5. Numbness in right hand making it difficult to right. If I write my whole body feels like it is suffering an attack. 6. Numbness in right foot and when I walk for some time it feels like it stops. 7. Heat can make symptoms feel aggressive and coldness makes affected feel stiff and numb 8. Vision problems 9. Fatigue 10. Weakness of movement in affected areas 11. Sleep loss. 12. November 8 for many was going to be one of the biggest events of the century. For many, it was going to be the day America was going to elect its first female president, however that was not the case. Rather America chose a man who had no prior experience of politics and whose campaign clearly showed that he had no chance of becoming America’s next president. Us and acceptance

Acceptance is something we all look for. We want to be accepted by the people around us and the wider community as a whole. We want people to know us and acknowledge our existence and perceive us as people who are and can do something. We always say we feel left out and not included by others so we look for their acceptance so we can see that we are something. Why do we search for acceptance and what happens to us when go on the search for acceptance? Firstly, as people we search for acceptance because we feel we are noticed and people will acknowledge what we do and who we are. Our aim is for people to acknowledge us as a person who is a person who is alive in this world and is fully capable of doing the things they want and living up to our potential. We feel abandoned and unwanted if we are not noticed and what we do not considered. Every human wants to be part of a happy and loving family where they feel safe and confident. We do our best to maintain that our families possess these qualities so our lives can be stable lives. However, our actions can affect the way our families function leading it to crumble and weaken, even if you are aiming to keep it intact.
